CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: Fern Lodge gives full refund on all cancellations made within 7 days of the booked period.
Any deposit made to secure the booking is non-refundable.
One night bookings cancelled less than 7 days from the booked period incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking.
Bookings for longer than one night cancelled less than 7 days from the booked period incur a 50% cancellation fee.
PAYMENTS and BOOKINGS
We take bookings online, email or phone. To secure your booking we accept bank deposits. If you want to book using your credit card you can book online.
Payments are received either by cash, internet banking or Pay Pal which incurs a 5% surcharge.
